I just recently purchased the reciever and have had the DVD player for a few months. Since hooking up the DVD to the reciever via s-video and a TOS to TOS fiber optic cable. I have been unable to get the reciever to detect a Dolby Digital Signal. The DVD player displays that it is sending a Dolby Digital signal, but the reciever thinks that it is a normal stereo signal. Does anyone have any ideas? I have already replaced the cable, but it did not make a difference.
