The quality will be no better than the coax in the first place. The coax is where the loss takes place.

Question: I am running only about a 30 foot length to a projection system (overhead).

Where can I find a cable long enough? (I am not concerned with quality, as this is a corporate presentation system usually hooked up to a computer, and the s-video line is only going to be used for recreational movie watching in the conference room, therefore price is first priority.
