I recently purchased this model. I bought a floor model that did not come with a remote. I'm having a problem getting the screen to stretch in "theaterwide mode" 16:9 with my universal remote. I do not have a "picture size" button on my universal.

Attempting to access the option from the front panel has not worked. I can get into the "picture" setup screen but I can not change the format to theaterwide.
Do you need a Toshiba remote to access "picture size?

The store clerks where I bought the set were no help!
