Howdy; Questions:
1) How does one check that the line voltage/amperage to an electrical outlet is a)constant, b)has correct values, & c)is "noise free".
2)how does one correct a)to c)if there is a problem?
3)is there a single device to correct all of the above?
This has arisen due to a comment by a tech doing a check on my Pioneer HD Monitor due to the presence of horizontal wide stripes/bars visible with all input modes & all devices (dvd/vcr/sat etc)
