My mains are raised off the floor until the tweeters are the same height as my ears (no vertical tilting required), then "toed in" (angled horizontally) until they fire directly at my listening position.
The center is on top of the TV directly in front of the listening position (no horizontal angling required), then tilted down until it fires directly at my listening position.
The main surround speakers (direct-firing, no dipoles/bipoles) are directly to the left and right of the listening position (no horizontal angling required), six feet above the floor. I tried tilting them downwards towards the listening position, but did not like the "yelling in my ear" sound. So they currently are angled vertically halfway between the listening position and firing "straight out", which diffuses the sound nicely. I plan to replace these with dipoles in the near future.
The rear surround speakers (also direct firing) are six feet above the floor, along the 15-foot back wall at the 5 feet and 10 feet points. They are tilted, both horizontally and vertically, to point at the listening position.
