Bad reciever worse Remote. Kenwood must have hired the same engineer asking for help with cables in the custom installers lounge. Your best bet wounld be to test your remote on another reciever. if it doesn't work. Try a Universal Remote. I'd sell the thing myself and buy a Pioneer. You'll be happy if you do.
