for the money you can get a better reciever and speakers. You can then get a great programable remote.

For example -
Def Tech Pro Cinema 100 fronts, center, rears and sub around $1,300 retail

Yamaha RX-V650 $550
Yamaha DVDs550 $150
Home Theater MasterMX-850 $400

For $100 more you have a great system with true high fidelity, a great programable remote, a great over all system.

You can use the pro cinema 80s to save a few bucks. Note: You may be able to save a few mor bucks if you buy it from a legit source all at once

If you were my customer I'd sell you the RX-V1500 $800, DVDS550 $150, MX-850 $400, Def Tech Pro Cinema 100's Fronts, rears and center $900 and the Pro 200 sub $549 $2,800 retail less 15% discount. Same as the Bose in price - head and shoulders better in quality and expandability

Diplomacy is the art of saying hire a pro without actually saying hire a pro
