we had a customer with a leaking plasma...had to replace the carpet under it, it was so stained it wouldnt clean up at all, he even brought it a professional cleaner and the guy used all of the chemicals he had to try on the spot...nothing worked

We did go to the local blood/plasma center and got a natural refil kit from them for under 500.00 we are refilling it on monday morning

Our local C city pushes the extended warranty with the plasma refill line and people fall for it....Crazy

then we get called to install and if we do the plasma install they usually if we can do the plasma refill in a few years....then we have fun but eventually tell them they were taken at the store by the kid that sold it to them

Bummer that it goes that way
