You want to "burn DVD to flash video?" I don't get it...you mean convert DVD's to FLV?
How about using VLC and SUPER? Use VLC to rip it to some file format such as MPG or WMV, then run that file through SUPER to make an SWF or FLV. That would be free.
The player you're embedding may also convert it, I don't really know.
I assume you're talking about non-commercial (non-copyrighted) DVD's?
