I've added this message to the thread. It seems as though now you don't have to have the Palm learn all the key functions. From what the following message says, someone has written a program which contains these codes! Good luck!

Goto the web page www.palmgear.com do a search in the software section for remote. You will see a free program called TV Uni-remote1.3. It looks like someone has written a program to run with Omniremote which has the codes hardcodes instead of learning each one. Good luck...I just purchased the Palm Pilot IIIe and am also running OmniRemote software. This thing is great I can't believe anyone is using a Pronto.....
