A flashing charger doesn't mean it's fully charged. It's supposed to indicate a problem, such as over heating. The battery meter on the remote will indicate "full" after a very few moments on the charger, this doesn't indicate that it's fully charged. You can tell the charging process is complete when the lights on the charger go out, not flashing.
