First, watch your choice of words.
How did you learn these codes into your remote? What device are they being used on?
When learning, did you have the pronto connected to the pc. And learned them via ProntEdit? If so, don't. Download your ccf to the remote, learn the ir codes. Then upload to the pc to save the ir codes.
Also, when you learn the ir codes, make sure you press and hold the oem's button until the pronto beeps "OK"
