I just bought a Sony Receiver STR-DE485 w/Remote RM-U306. Would like info on how to program it for other components that are not Sony, if it is possible. I have a Sharp VCR and TV, Samsung DVD Player and am awaiting a Sony dual cassette deck. It's sorta funny that the manual lists another remote (RM-PP506), which includes instructions on how to program it but there are no such instructions in the manual for the RM-U306. I would appreciate an info. Thank you in advance. I have searched the internet and haven't found a whole lot of info on this remote or instructions for programming it so far.
