HELP - out of memory!

Anyone know of a way to reset EVERYTHING on the remote and start over again? I'm sure I've got some buttons with accidental macros or learned functions taking up memory. Now that I know what I'm doing, I'd like to completely reset the remote, recapture all memory, and start over again.

Is this possible?
