Like Newsman, and Brad, I can not get the advance codes to work for the given key. The advance code test that Russ explained worked. I just can't get the specified key to accept the code???

What is the exact order of of key press to get it to work? Example, do you hold the program key down untill it blinks twice, than device,code,and key. Or is it device first than program key,code and specific key? Do you hold the program key down untill it blinks twice? I've tried all of the above, nothing works, what am I doing wrong???
