I went a looked at the 15-1935 during lunch today. It is not new, the 15-1995 will replace it but it isn't out yet. The 15-1935 is a good deal if you don't want "learning" capability. It comes with and IR/RF extender (must be plugged in and recommends placement with 8 feet of component) and has backlighting (green) and macros (two buttons - one for audio and one for video). The manual says nothing about "learning".
The remote also doesn't have the necessary buttons for DVD such as display, title, menu, return, etc.

I got a raincheck for the 15-1994 and they will call me when it comes in - just wish I didn't have to wait!
