I called the toll free number from the 15-1994 manual. The person I worked with said she believed that the 0313 and 0314 codes should work.

I tried both codes but still no luck. Interesting thing is that only 3 Kenwood codes exist in the manual for the tuner/receiver section. Each of the 3 listed codes are accepted but none work for the 1090 receiver.

It appears that the 15-1994 has some codes left out, perhaps due to space limitations. Looks like I will have to stick with having my 1090 functions programmed via learning.

Still, the 15-1994 is a nice remote for $30.
