Neither of those links work, and as you didn't
post the model number of your remote, I can only
guess which one you have. I'm guessing it's the
15-2103, which is a UEI remote, so the Toshiba
TV code is TV/0156, that's the code that should
work your Apex TV. And before you ask "how would
that help", just try it, if it doesn't work, then
come back for help.
