I had some Force commands from another file and the second burst pair 0008 005B was different. Also like the data that varies, it is a apparently a check nibble for the fixed data with the same rules.
It may be a few days until I get to it, but I have an Excel spreadsheet that can generate the Pronto hex for this protocol. I think I have all the commands.
