This remote came with the Kenwood VR-3090, I was looking at buying one but was wondering if anyone knows if it would work with the kenwood VR-5080.
Also, has anyone ever used one of these remotes, and should i just consider some kind of universal remote (these receivers also use RF not just IR).

Edit: The powertouch RC-R1111 that came with the VR-5900 will work, but it's a bit newer than the RC-R1008.
