Some Insignia's use the TV/0054 code, which is TV/1132 in your watch.
I have an upgrade for another Insignia which uses yet another code (for which I can't find a good match in the UEI codes) which leads me to believe that the "Insignia" sets are just re-badge jobs of lots of other sets. If this is the case, then there's a good chance that there's a matching code in there somewhere.

You mentioned that you've tried to use learning, but have you tried to code search function? To search for a code, turn your TV on and ...

1) Press TV
2) Hold SETUP, 2 flashes
3) Enter 552 (ie, MUTE, VOL-, VOL-), 2 flashes
4) Press POWER (if your TV turns off, press SETUP to store the code)
5) Press TV to advance to the next code and skip back to step 4.
Rob.
