This past Friday morning we could not turn the TV or Home Theater on with the remote and after turning it on manually, could not change channels. The remote acted like it was in slow motion, you would press a button then after about 5 seconds it would send the command. I then did a reset on the remote at that point it would beep about every 10 seconds and send out a command. After reading many post in this forum I tried to update the firmware to no avail and even have tried the telnet procedure I found in here. At this time it is stuck on the calibration screen asking me to tap the upper left hand corner, most times nothing happens, 1 out of 10 times it ill then go to the bottom right corner and here it will do nothing. I am at a lost on what to do any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried the telnet session about 30 times now and still will only start at the calibration screen.
Check battery pack and it is fully charged
