Hi, someone gave my grandma a Innovage Jumbo Universal Remote for Christmas last year. She finally got the thing programmed for her tv then one of the grandkids was playing with it and hit a button or something...now her tv wont do anything but show a blue screen with a red 'key' in the lower left hand corner. Of course she lost the manual for the remote. Any idea how to fix this?? Its an Apex tv. Thanks!!!
