Can someone help us out?
We have one TV in this whole compound. It won't work unless we can program it with one of these two universal remotes. It doesn't have any instructions on how to use the remote nor does it give us any codes.
Can someone please send us the instructions on how to use the remote and the codes for a Toshiba TV/VCR combo Model # VTV21FL3
We are deployed in Iraq and about to lose our minds over here! All we want to do is watch some football.
The other universal remote is a URC-22B-3. Whatever that means. Thank you
