Are you serious? You want to call and complain to PROVIEW that your universal remote doesn't have a code for their TV set! What possible control do you think that Proview has over the codes that are in your universal remote? I also have to fault the Proview C/S for stringing you along here, it was totally irresponsible of them to let you believe that they had the power to create a code for your universal remote and that they would somehow be able to magically send the code through the airwaves into your remote.

Now, there is a code available for JP1 users here:

For the technically inclined, this code uses the NEC1 protocol with a device code of 8.

For people with "One For All" remotes, or any other UEI remote, that don't have JP1, this device code matches several existing DVD and Cable setup codes, so if you're willing to program all the buttons manually, I can post the codes that you would need, just tell me which OFA remote you have.
