Proview customer support line is 1 877-532-8176. Call and complain.

I phoned Proview Nov 12th, when I purchased my Rx326 and was told they have NOT YET DEVELOPED a universal code. I asked when???? They said 3 weeks. It's Jan 17th, and now (almost 9 weeks) and still no code. Keep bugging them so they will get on the ball. I suggest once weekly.

I hope someone will post the code here as soon as they get it out, but don't count on it. Keep calling. Talk about returning the TV to get their attention. The instuctions say not to return to purchaser, BUT If you purchased yours at Costco (like I did) you CAN return it (Computer equip is 90 days, but TV's can be returned much longer....sometimes even up to a year if the reason is a good one (like no universal code). PROVIEW KNOWS THAT. Tell them you purchased from COSTCO. Tell them you want to keep the unit, but this is making you reconsider. Complain, complain. That's the only way we can get this code developed.
