Hello everyone,
When I signed up for DirecTV I got a bunch of receivers and each came with a RCA 247047 Universal remote (I assume thats what it is called). And all of them have worked perfectly except for 1.

I use the remote and codes to program the remote for my TV. It works perfectly. Then about 10 days later the remote seems to forget all the settings for the TV, but it never loses the codes for the DirecTV receiver.

Anyone have any suggestions?
