The picture of the remote is wrong. I changed the link on my first post.

It works with a Sony DVD code (21070) in the manual, but it does not have any recording functions on the remote. I believe I found the key codes here then I looked up the advanced code here . I put the Sony remote on DVD2. On the Comcast remote, I used the 994 code to put in an advanced code, but when I pushed the desired button, the remote gave a long blink. I found out here that I probably have to enter 171 as 00171, which it accepted. The codes did not work the DVR. What do I need to do?
