This will tell you about a $60.00 devise that will turn any IR remote into a RF remote by adding a very small IR to RF transmiter to the front of the remote. I have had one for years and it has worked with EVERY signal I have ever used, even one I have found to be unlearnable. One tip: keep the very small transmitter away for direct sunlight, it will run down the battery sence the sun does have IR in its spectum. Boy, do I sound like a nerd or what! Other manufactures such as Windmaster makes one too call the RE-200 for about the same price. These systems are called remote extenders.
