I purchased my 2100 back in May from J&R... I see that a lot of R.C. junkies have followed suit.

Amazingly, I have not used the remote, and even considered returning it... I'm a Keep It Simple Stupid kind of guy, and had trouble getting everything programmed at first, especially my Mitsubishi TV & LD... and my Marantz remote works fine, except no one in my family can figure out how to operate it... but after reading some of the more recent threads, I'm going to try the Sony again.
