Been reading through the posts for awhile and have seen many folks complaining of lock-ups with AV3100s. Is this really a widespread problem? I currently have an older AV2100 for my "downstairs" system and want to get something similar for "upstairs". It will be controlling a Toshiba TV, Phillips receiver, DVD, Sony VCR, Sony Tape deck and Sony CD player.

Am I better off getting a 2500 which has a few less features, but doesn't seem to be getting a bad rap for lockups, or a 3100? (Really don't mean to touch off a flamewar!)
