Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this did not work: when I follow the way you describe the new learned button takes the original command some 4-6 times, instead of repeating the one command.
This is not useful, as from then on the button always sends the 4-6 commands in a row.

The remote is capable of repetition of commands when you install an existing device from the database of codes, for example the volume up in a TV pre-installed code will always be repeating when you puch and hold the button.

Any further ideas?

PS Strangely enough in one try indeed the commands were repeated, but each time 6 commands in a row, which again is not useful as I also need the possibility to send one command, for instance when I'm in a menu).
