Well, I tried to hold of as long as I could, hoping the 4000 wasnt as bad as what was posted here. I do this for a living and cant spend this much time on one remote. I wont go into what all is wrong with this remote and the software. I programed it without the software, but since you dont have macros for component buttons anymore its kinda useless. The learning function via the software is very very time consuming. And....... forget it. Not worth my time to eplain anymore.

why have a nice system if you cant operate it, program the remote the right way the FIRST time!
