I tried it several ways, and found that the best way to program the dim/brighten buttons were to hold it down for about a second and a half (1.5 seconds). Too short, and it won't work. Too long, it won't work.

As is now, it's difficult to program the dim/brighten buttons on a macro, because there's no way to specify how LONG the Pronto should transmit any particular signal.
