As I understand from other posts the Pronto can transmit IR at much higher limits than it can receive( 56KHz.) By that theory I should be able to control high IR devices if I can only get the code into the Pronto. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can do that without using the learning function of the remote?

Can the software be used to make that detailed of control by allowing you to customize/create the IR stream bits?

Does Philips plan on making a library of manufacturers codes available?
