Hi, hope you doing well?
actually i am trying to connect my MX1200 urc remote through crestron gateway CNRFGWA-418. i received the response on GW while clicking the remote > but on my Crestron toolbox , found no feedback as i programmed the button with my IR devices. Hope you understand.
