Lutron Radio RA2 keypads (non hybrid) can run on low voltage. I cant remember the details but pretty sure they will run on a cat cable with the conductors paired.
Confirmed. I powered a single Lutron keypad using a 36VDC power supply previously used for a C4 keypad. Not sure if the Ra3 keypads have the same part requirements. C4 is another option.
