I do hope you logged all your hours of troubleshooting from start to fix. And are billing them accordingly. You gave a specification for (2) 20 amp circuits and it was ignored (or overlooked). Either way, this caused extra expense.
You better believe if something similar happen to any other contractor, they would be charging bank! You should NOT be any different.
