So update. Electrician had one 20 amp breaker on entire wall also 2 85 inch TVs. And 4 local outlets. Once he put the video wall on its own 20 amp circuit all problems went away. I asked for 2 20amp circuits during the build. But I guess that was ignored. But after he did his thing the wall is behaving as it should
