I’d double check the ID’s of each display and certainly change from IR control to either 232 or IP.

TV ID’s should match the order that the displays turn on or off in the chain. I’d also advise to setup a turn on delay for each TV, 5 seconds between each is a safe bet typically, maybe longer. That way the inrush current will not affect the circuit and insure all displays will receive the power commands properly.
