Snap MIGHT have a way. Actually, I bet they do and can but dont and wont do it nilly willy for legal reasons.

I have a couple of WattBox units that were installed by another dealer and when the system was dismantled due to the owner going into other living arrangements and didn't need it, I got them from the dealer who dismantled everything. I called Snap and they told me they don't recommission these because of the possibility that if an installer who has access leaves an employer and wants to cause problems, they could. I still need to contact the installing dealer to have them release it, but I'm in no hurry.
