Used the Roku ac adapter plugged into power, Roku is plugged directly into the LG.
This is because I was trying to allow the customer to just use the Roku remote only.
Power up TV - it powers up Denon - volume works on Roku remote to the AV Receiver using ARC.
I guess it's just incompatible. Oh well.
