I used ARC for a very simple set up, which I know is always risky.

It worked fine when it was just the OLED built-in smart features and the Denon.

Then they added a Roku stick.

Since then the ARC still powers up the Denon etc, but the LG TV only shows a mute symbol on the screen and refuses to pass any volume to the Denon.

I've done a bunch of resetting, and disconnecting/reconnecting ARC in the TV etc and thought I had it fixed, but now the issue is coming up again.

Checking to see if anyone has had this "stuck on mute" issue with an LG OLED using ARC. No matter what you do the TV shows a Mute symbol on the right side of the screen.
