What I think you mean is this: The signal in the last message works, and you want to know how it could have been achieved from "0x20DE 0x50AF". The working signal has NEC1: {D=1,F=220,S=253}, corresponding to {D=0x01,F=0xDC,S=0xFD}.

I am not aware of any natural and simple mapping. Where did you get those numbers?
