It’s not the only report. Don’t do a panic Factory Reset. Read through the articles for hints about restoring at least some functionality.
This is why I try to avoid products that require “Cloud Services”. Unfortunately, this is becoming harder and harder as companies move to lock people into their RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) business model.
