As Duct said above, this is NOT Windows. It is Chrome OS. URC does not have a version of their software that will run on Chrome OS.

You could however make this work by installing Windows on the Chromebook. But:
1) You would need a copy of Windows.
2) You would have to make sure the hardware was compatible to do so. Not all Chromebooks can. [Link: coolstar.org]
3) Have a lot of patience because it's a lengthy process and can get complicated. And pray you don't brick your Chromebook.

It would be a lot easier to just use an old laptop. Just because you 'can' do something, doesn't mean you should.
