Unfortunately for me although Parallels 17 does support 32-bit versions and did work on my Intel MacBook, it will not on the new the M1 chip on my MacBook Pro.
Just to clarify - so are you saying that on the Parallels 17
/M1 MacBook Pro :
1/ That 32 bit versions of windows 10 will not run
OR
2/ 32 bit versions of windows 10 will run, but running CCP, your MSC400 will not upload to your remote.
