Coffee always 1st when asking any setup questions. The correct model always helps. FWIW, I believe that feature was located in the Setup Menu-> Options-> 12v Triggers. If I’m mistaken, please accept an early apology and I’ll claim brain fog on being away for 9ish years.

I had it figured out soon after it went into the rack and I like exploring the equipment menus, anyway- best way for me to learn it.
FWIW- the triggers are set to ON or off in each source, which is the way I was able to use Z2. If I had needed that zone for audio, I would have had to find some other way and at that point, smart outlets didn't really exist and I'm not a Crestron dealer.
