I got my MSC400 around 9 or 10 years ago. The audio receiver I had an IR receiver for went out. I replaced it with a new Denon unit. I cannot figured out how to connect to the MSC 400 to swap the Integra unit for the Denon unit. I get the 'No connection to MSC via USB' when I try to get the settings in the CCP. I have the CCP updated to the newest version. The settings for the Denon are there and not in the software from the time I got the MSC. Any help will be much appreciated.

I have a URC MX 980, URC MSC 400, and a Denon AVR S650. No issues with controlling the cable box, tv, and dvd player that were included in the initial install.
