I have never been able to have Xfinity work both with IR and their RF remote at the same time. If I unpair the Xfinity remote, IR works perfect. The minute I pair the Xfinity remote, IR stops working. It's been that way since they started with the voice remote.
Weird. Never once had that problem.
xfinity remotes are often all you need for systems nowadays, but when I do use the URC remote with IR, the Comcast remote usually sits right beside it, paired and ready to speak into.
